The Vietnam Logistics Research and Development Institute (VLI) welcomed representatives from two German, one Thai, and more than ten Vietnamese universities to discuss emerging trends in logistics and industry, with particular attention to the latest developments in Europe.

VLI, a subsidiary of the Vietnam Logistics Business Association (VLA), plays an active role in consultancy projectsfor both businesses and government agencies. Its director, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ho Thi Thu Hoa, provided an overview of VLI’s competence profile to align with potential joint focus areas. Following presentations by Prof. Dirk Sackmann and Prof. Dr. Irina Dovbischuk, an open discussion was initiated among representatives from both local and international universities, fostering dialogue and exploring avenues for collaborative research and academic exchange.
