Established in 1973, Beibu Gulf University (formerly Qinzhou University) is the only higher education institution located in the coastal region of Guangxi Province in southern China. The university offers a range of courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees, such as bachelor’s degrees across various fields of study. It also provides numerous academic and non-academic facilities and services to students, including a library and administrative support.

Logistics is the first and largest department of the economics and management school. The research team in logistics is composed of 6 professors, 6 associate professors, and 3 PhD holders. The department maintains active collaborations with two other AGKN members: Guangxi University in China and Naresuan University in Thailand.
